By participating in any training program, coaching service, or physical activity recommended by Mind & Body Blueprint, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are voluntarily participating in physical exercise and lifestyle coaching.

  • You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition and wellbeing.

  • If you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any medical symptoms during exercise, you will stop immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.

You understand that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, injury, illness, or other health complications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind & Body Blueprint shall not be held liable for any injuries, health issues, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of participation in any coaching or training program.

Participation in any program or service is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
